Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers to ensure your privacy. The return address will list 'H Shipping Department' rather than our full brand name.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
What should I do if my glass item arrives broken?
Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
