At HEMPER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used products or those with broken seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unused items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the package is scanned to activate tracking for your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
